Greta Van Fleet had a huge bill of £223.70 at Buck’s Bar in Glasgow. Buck’s Bar posted a video of the bill on social media and wrote, “Tonight we had a huge takeaway ordered by @gretavanfleet following their gig at @o2academygla 😝 we hope you guys enjoyed our food 🤘🏽 #bucksbar #gretavanfleet.”

It was a take out order with tons of burgers, fries, chips, and salads. Greta Van Fleet are currently on tour in the United Kingdom, returning to the show after Josh Kiszka had health issues the postponed and canceled a few North American fall shows, on the band’s biggest U.S. headlining run to date.

Howard Stern called out a bad Greta Van Fleet ripoff last week. Greta Van Fleet guitarist Jake Kiszka recently discussed how Greta being real and not artificial is a key to their success. He said, “I think the thing about it is it’s not artificial,” he says. “I think that when we go into the studio, when we play live, we put our hearts into it. And I think that always will translate.

“I think a lot of the music that’s maybe on the radio now doesn’t really have that – it involves a lot more computer tweaking. And I think that kind of stuff has ruined music and we stay away from that, and we try to do everything organically with real instruments, real fingers on the fret board, real drums, everything.”

A Greta Van Fleet member was disrespected with young women earlier this week. Kiszka added, “I think that’s something that translates to people. ‘Cause that’s not really out there anymore. And I think it’s just something that people can relate to. I think it’s something that someone, like an 18-year-old and an 80-year-old can both go the same concert. Grandson and grandpa, and everything in between. I think everybody can enjoy our music. And it’s a contagious thing.”

Kiszka made the comments in an MCall interview.
