Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx discussed his health and sobriety in a new Facebook post, while manager Allen Kovac discussed Vince Neil with Fox Business.

Sixx said, “Today my newest daughter Ruby got blessing at church. It was a beautiful innocent moment. It reminded me how we sometimes forget all the blessings we have in our own lives.

Easy to forget the simple things isn’t it? Real friends. Real conversations. Small token’s of appreciation from those who really care about us..Maybe a text asking how your day is. Hows your family? And in my case many sarcastic witty friends that bust my chops to keep me on my toes…

Real gratitude is a lifestyle…Its a mindset…It is a way of life.. Gratitude was something I had to be taught. I used to be a self prick…..”

Motley Crue reunion ticket sale numbers were revealed a few days ago. Nikki continued, “Like I said, I wasn’t always so graceful…I still stumble…But I try to live by a simple rule. I am always available….NO MATTER WHAT.

I am a living amends and will continue to dig deeper into my murky waters to be a better man. I live in sobriety. Sobriety gave me my life back. I don’t take fans or this new opportunity to tour for granted..

Just wanted to say thank you and I am happy I didn’t burst into flames when I walked into the church this morning.”

Allen Kovac told Fox Business, “Some of them are working with a trainer, some of them are working with a nutritionist to make themselves the best they can be. The greatest insecurity for an artist is: Is anyone going to care about my music? Is anyone going to buy a ticket? We were in November when the discussions were happening, and these guys were already into regimens of how they get ready for a tour.”

Speaking specifically about Neil, Kovac said: “Let’s see what Vince sings like and looks like when the tour goes out.” A Motley Crue member revealed his stunning diet to ‘lose weight’ last week.
