She also posted a Sri Ravi Shrankar quote, “This quote really resonated with me !!! The world can be so loud at times !!! When I meditate in silence, I become the most enlightened 🧘🏼♀️ !!! Everything seems to be more clear and my mind feels still. Enlightenment to me is higher consciousness … which I personally think brings me closer to God or some say connected to the universe !!! I choose not to speak on religion because most get offended when others discuss their beliefs ….
