Elton John has made a post on his social media about ex-Wales rugby captain Gareth Thomas being diagnosed as HIV positive. The human immunodeficiency viruses (HIV) are two species of Lentivirus (a subgroup of retrovirus) that causes HIV infection and over time acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). Gene Simmons posted a disgusting Elton John photo last month.

“Dear Gareth,

Thank-you for courageously sharing your HIV-positive status with the world. You are a shining example of someone living a full, healthy and happy life with HIV. Good luck with today’s Ironman Wales competition. Elton and I are cheering you on. The world needs more heroes like you.

Love,
David

Elton John and The Who recently made a bold AIDS claim. John also recently posted, “Today at the #FTC2019 @EJAF, together with @GileadSciences, announced the launch of #RADIAN. This is a major new project that aims to help end HIV in Eastern Europe & Central Asia, where the AIDS epidemic is on the rise. I’m so pleased my Foundation is working in partnership to provide this support to some of the world’s most vulnerable. Find out more and join the #AIDSFREE fight at www.radianHIV.org.”

John announced earlier this month, “I am so very proud to announce the @royalmailofficial Special #Stamps to celebrate my career in music. Eight albums are featured on these amazing stamps, plus more that capture memorable shows from across the years. See the full collection at ➡️ bit.ly/ELTONRoyalMail.” Robert Plant and Elton John fighting over a big name was recently revealed.
