Dave Grohl and Foo Fighters have confirmed that they performed at a Teen Cancer America benefit show with The Who over the weekend. Howard Stern took a brutal shot at Dave Grohl disrespect yesterday.

adam.nitti posted, “Absolutely #epic evening getting to play @teencanceramerica benefit with @thekennyloggins Got to also hear @pink @foofighters and @officialthewho stageside. Pics with Dave Grohl and Paul Stanley… pretty surreal evening! Bassists @jonbuttonbass @evagardner and @nate_mendel all killed it in their sets. Was absolutely great to see and hear them!! @officialibanezguitars @aguilaramp @daddarioandco @presonus @bartolinipups.”

Foo Fighters made a stunning Michael Jackson claim a few days ago. Dave Grohl’s longtime engineer and producer Barrett Jones recently did a Foo Fighters Reddit AMA, and discussed recording with Grohl. nickagee13 asked, “Hey Barrett! I have a few questions about the Foos first record.. Did you guys have a gameplan going into it on what you wanted to get done in terms of songs? Also was was the process like with dave recording every instrument? Did he do all of the drums, then bass, then guitar etc, or did you guys knock out each song before moving on to the next?”

Jones responded, “The game plan was to record 15 songs. Since I had been recording Dave from the first time he went into a studio (Freak Baby) and all of his solo stuff, we had our method down. He would record drums first, then guitars, bass and then we’d move on to the next song. All the vocals were done on day 4 after the music was finished.” Dave Grohl leaked a stunning The White Stripes photo last week.
