A funny video has surfaced on a Greta Van Fleet fan page on Instagram of the band at a bar, featuring Josh Kiszka hilariously screaming.

Greta Van Fleet discussed writing their debut album in a Forbes interview.

Steve Baltin: Do you take time to process all that has happened for you this year?

Josh Kiszka: I think we just have to kind of measure them later. Generally it always seems to be it’s easier to know what is happening once you’ve had the time to process it. And there isn’t any time to process what is going on at this time. I always like to describe it as being in the eye of a storm. There’s all this chaos going on around you and it’s very calm in the middle. It’s very difficult to even stop and reflect. You can’t take that outward perspective into consideration. But then later it’s like, “Wow, that was pretty cool.”

Baltin: But I would imagine recording and writing an album during that time gave you moments to reflect.

Jake Kiszka: Not many people know that’s the case, no one has ever mentioned it. But yeah it’s very much like that. So it’s interesting. In this case, the recording shows a reflection a chaos of the last year. The album is kind of a showcase of where we’re at now musically and emotionally. That’s what’s given us the ability to sort of identify with the personality of the album, cause you’re just writing songs at one point. When you look at it collectively, the arrangement of all these different songs together, now looking back, they’re making sense. And the personality of the album starts to appear.
