Leonardo DiCaprio talks about Radiohead

Leonardo DiCaprio recently opened up about his love for Radiohead, who are rumored to have a new album coming after their 2025 comeback tour.

In an interview with NME to promote his new film, Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another, the actor said that he was excited about Radiohead’s upcoming tour, and fueled rumors he may show up.

“Really, much like Radiohead when that happens, too. I think everyone’s going to do their best to be there for those moments.”

DiCaprio and co-star Benicio Del Toro expressed excitement for Radiohead’s forthcoming shows, their first in seven years. “How could you not be a Radiohead fan?” asked DiCaprio, “what they’ve contributed to music, man, it’s incredible.”

When asked if they’ll be attending, the Oscar winner replied: “People are going to be flying all over the world for those, huh?” while Del Toro quipped: “We’re gonna elbow our way in!”

The actor also talked about what it was like to be in the crowd for the Oasis reunion concert at the Rose Bowl Stadium on September 6th, as well as a special moment with a music legend, Paul McCartney.

“It was incredible. It was incredible to see them back together again” he enthused. “And Paul McCartney was actually there and I think they sang a Beatles song. I remember I was in the section next to him and the whole sort of stadium looked back at Paul and clapped for Paul too which was which was awesome. It was a great tip of the hat. So, it was a special night.”

Radiohead recently announced their first tour in seven years, after teasing it with a series of mysterious flyers that appeared in cities across Europe.

The revered band will play four nights at London’s O2 Arena on 21st, 22nd, 24th and 25th November 2025, with other dates in Berlin, Bologna, Copenhagen and Madrid.
