As everyone knows by now, Mark Hoppus is the bassist and co-lead vocalist for Blink-182 and he has a very interesting sense of humor. After all, they were giving away tickets practically for free.
During a recent concert, Mark Hoppus decided to greet diehard Blink-182 fans by leaving a little note for fans at the concert, where he stated that those who could read the note, spent way too much on the ticket.
”If you can read this, you spent too much on your ticket! Thank you – Mark.”
A fan of Blink-182 on a Reddit thread shared their thoughts when it came to their merchandise during the tour.
The fan suggested that the band’s tour merchandise might be lacking, especially given the high ticket prices and $45 shirts. The fan compared the current merch to photos from last year’s tour, noting that the previous year’s items seemed significantly better.
The fan also mentioned heading to the Detroit show and expressed their intention to buy a shirt, even though this will be the first time in 20 years seeing this particular lineup of members, as they last saw the band with Matt Skiba in 2016. Despite their doubts about finding a shirt they like, they admitted that they will likely still purchase one. They wondered if others shared their feelings.
