Motley Crue singer Vince Neil is alive and well, but Steel Panther frontman Michael Starr recently claimed that he’s ‘dead’ and he doesn’t buy the modern day Vince Neil as the real Vince Neil. He made the remarks in a new Little Punk People interview with bandmate Stix Zadina. Motley Crue’s first rumored reunion show was revealed a couple of days ago.

Interviewer: Okay, I’m gonna pick a singer, but it’s not to replace you [Michael]. You know who I’d bring back from the dead? Ray Gillen. You didn’t expect that? He was the singer for Badlands [died in 1993 at age 34].

Michael: “I’d bring back Vince Neil.”

Stix: “He’s not dead.”

Michael: “I’d bring back the Vince Neil from back in the day because that guy is dead.”

Stix: “You didn’t bring back John Bonham, dude.”

Michael: “You know what? It would be too intimidating to sing along with him. Like, John Bonham, he is the best musical heavy-metal drummer of all time – there’s nobody better than him, no drummer even comes close to this guy.”

Motley Crue ‘victims’ were revealed in a recent photo. Nikki Sixx announced on Sunday that he has recorded a new podcast with Tommy Lee’s wife Brittany Furlan, “Here’s my wife @how2girl looking lates 1960’s and me looking mid to late 1970’s and @brittanyfurlan looking late 1990’s to early 2000’s. I did her podcast #worstfirsts at #ComicCon.

Kick ass on your showing doing so good.I hope I’m not the WORST guest so far.I can’t believe how I told you some of that. Nows it’s gonna be clickbait heaven. 🏴‍☠️💣🔪” Ultimate-Guitar transcribed Steel Panther’s comments.
