Foo Fighters guitarist Pat Smear recently attended a Taylor Swift concert. Swift’s partner Travis Kelce, was also present at the show and he was seemingly starstruck by Smear.
Foo Fighters and Taylor Swift are both on tour. They were both in London playing massive concerts. As Foo Fighters headlined London Stadium Saturday night, Dave Grohl took a moment between songs to nod to Swift and her ongoing Eras Tour, hinting that she lip syncs and uses backing tracks. Swifties got that clip circulating quickly before Swift’s show at Wembley Stadium. And while she didn’t mention any Foo Fighter by name, she did give what seemed to be rather pointed praise to her band members. Swift was recently spotted with Travis Barker.
Meanwhile, on Sunday night, at the third of her London Eras Tour shows this weekend, Kelce made his presence felt at the iconic Wembley Stadium in his first-ever onstage appearance. He performed alongside Swift during the intro for “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” in the newly added “Tortured Poets” era of the show.
Swift transitioned into the last song of the era as she typically acts out a short skit with two of her dancers after she appears to “drop dead” during the penultimate song in the set, “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived.”
One dancer carried her to a heart-shaped couch, and they then appeared to revive a lifeless Swift, changing her costume from a white gown to a two-piece sequin set and applying her makeup to get her ready for the rest of the show so she could do it with a broken heart.
Kelce then proved to be a fearless lover, joining the trio onstage in full costume, showing off his acting skills as if he was auditioning to be a mainstay for the rest of the tour.
Kelce first carried Swift to the couch and went on to brush her face with a makeup brush once she was up again. He flaunted some dance moves, too, all with a big, goofy smile on his face.
The track, an upbeat pop banger on Swift’s latest album appeared to be about the Eras Tour itself and how Swift has been able to setup one of the biggest and most successful concert runs of all time amid a breakup with longtime boyfriend Joe Alwyn last year, shortly after the tour began.
