Chris Cornell’s full toxicology report has been uploaded on ScribD. The report largely reiterates details that had already been reported by media outlets.

TMZ reported the details of the toxicology report last month, including that Cornell had several prescription drugs in his system when he hanged himself in a Detroit hotel room.

According to the report, which was originally obtained by TMZ prior to the uploading on ScribD, the singer had Naloxone (Narcan), Butalbital (sedative), Lorazepam (Ativan), Pseudoephedrine (decongestant) and barbiturates in his system at the time of death. It appears Chris had taken 4 (1 mg) Lorazepam tablets.
