Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea recently posted a photo of himself wearing a black wig, and he looks dashing! Former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar even took notice, commenting on Instagram, “Dr. Smith is that you? Damn.”
He also wrote recently, “FUNK LIVES. Young human beings are still making deep, raw, soulful and beautiful funk. I’m so honored to be a small part of this album by Garrett Shider, playing bass on the track Regurgitated Youth. Hell yes. When he was five years old Garrett sang on The RHCP record Freaky Styley on the song Brothers Cup, and it is only fitting that the collaboration continues. So proud of him. This record comes out tomorrow.”
