“Great times in LaLa. Appreciation to those that came out to the Troubador. And apologies to those in Studio City for the disturbance of our nihilistic noize. ‘‘Twas a full moon and something just gets into the blood. And respect to the police, who let us finish the set. Mendacious as our conclusion was. #smashingpumpkins @smashingpumpkins.”

James added, “A legendary musician from Joy Division and New Order.”

Jack said, “He got in a fist fight, I believe so, obviously I wasn’t there, but I’ve heard about it second hand. It was at the show, he got into the crowd, and got into it with someone.”

“I think it’s pretty cool.”

“If I’m scrapping at 62, that would be cool.”
