Chris Cornell’s mother-in-law Toni Karayiannis tweeted that many letters, songs, and cards that Cornell wrote will be released. She mentioned that many of these were written for his widow Vicky. Vicky Cornell released and poem Chris wrote for her in 2016 and a painting he made for her in 2011 a few days ago, which you can view below the tweets.

HOW?
BY CHRIS CORNELL, 2016
How can I be without you?
I see you everywhere
I go
In the glass
In mirrors
In my water
In the shower
You stand up with me
My sweet little 5 foot 5 and a half baby
When oh when will
You come to me?
How ever soon
Seems forever away
I miss you every second
1-2-3-4-5-6
May as well be
A billion seconds of
Lonely me missing you
And counting
