Van Halen bassist Wolfgang Van Halen recently posted a touching message on Instagram to his beautiful girlfriend.
Wolfgang Van Halen wrote on Friday, “Happy birthday to my beautiful lady! I’ll never get over how cool it is that our birthdays are only a day apart. I love you SO much, babe!”
He also posted in December, “3 years with this beautiful lady. I love you babe!!!”
He wrote earlier in the week, “The second I saw they made replicas of Malcolm Young’s Jet, I had to get it. AC/DC, and Malcolm especially, have always been a huge influence on me. #MalcolmYoung #ACDC.”
The usually quiet Eddie Van Halen wrote on Saturday to celebrate Wolfgang’s birthday, “Happy Birthday Wolf! I Love You!!

Wolfgang Van Halen has been recently working on his debut solo album, with hints last year that it was nearly complete. Wolfgang Van Halen not only has been Van Halen’s bassist since 2007, but he also played with Creed and Alter Bridge guitarist Mark Tremonti in his band Tremonti from 2012 to 2016, recording 2015’s Cauterize and 2016’s Dust.
