Late The Beatles icon John Lennon’s Twitter page shared an eerie photo with Yoko Ono on Wednesday to mark the 18th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City. Lennon revealed if he was really straight as well. Lennon himself was also shot in New York, making it an eerie and tragic photo remembering a better time. The photo caption states, “IMAGINE, 1971. ‘Imagine all the people living life in peace.’ John Lennon & Yoko Ono, NYC, September 1971.”

ditteulder commented, “Wonderful🙌 it makes me so sad, thinking about the fact that some cruel, confused man killed him. He could be still with us, just like Paul and Ringo.”

brianfreddiejohnroger chimed in, “Never forgive and never forget so much loss it breaks your heart how people can do this 😔😔.”

_.khrysta_pardee._ said, “I pray for peace everyday and I keep it in my heart 🌸✌🏻 I’m sorry to all of those who experienced 9/11. I wasn’t born yet but I do feel the fear 😥.” John Lennon rejected a surprising type of project that Paul McCartney recently accepted.

Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello wrote on 9/11, “The OTHER 9/11 tragedy was 1973 in Chile when a US backed coup overthrew the democratically elected government and tortured and murdered thousands. Leftist President Allende perished and Victor Jara (pictured) the ‘Bob Dylan Of Latin America’ hands were smashed and was shot dozens of times in Santiago Stadium along with thousands of others who were ‘disappeared’ over the following decades.” John Lennon meeting the man who helped break up The Beatles was revealed in a photo a few days ago.
