“@rockhall is so thrilled they finally nominated a slate of women this year- it’s a step, but the numbers don’t lie! 8.48 %. of their inductees are women, out of 719 since 1995. GRIM INDEED! Worse, when eligible women —artists are eligible on the 25 year after their first record—Women wait an average of 18 years to be nominated.
