Eddie Van Halen fans discussed the rock icon’s health in a new topic on VHLinks.com, after reports that his throat cancer had returned last year.
VHin04 posted, “Despite everything, I love Ed, his music and his band. I miss him and the band. Quite honestly I’m surprised he’s still with us. I’m not trying to be morbid or a smart ass. With all the health issues and drug/alcohol abuse he’s put himself through, he really shouldn’t be here. I hope he is as well as he can be and I hope he recovers and enjoys whatever time he has left-hopefully that’s a few more decades. Life is so short and so fragile. Be well Ed and God bless.”
Glenninaus responded, “Totally agree with your point DD and agree its none of our business, but I think I also get LD’s point as well. Unless Ed & Janie live under a rock (and Wolfie definitely doesn’t) they MUST know about the speculation on Ed’s health and supposed treatment.
If so, they are of course entitled to total privacy about it, but why the hell would you post a pic of Ed with a medicine cup in his mouth and rambling about vitamins, zinc & colloidal silver? It pretty much feeds the speculation.”
