KISS icon Gene Simmons’ daughter Sophie Simmons and wife Shannon Simmons recently attended the Outside Lands Festival, and Shannon wrote that they sat in mud, “We weren’t the only ones sitting in the mud! Thanks to @dollyj134 @emilyfieldd @sophietsimmons #outsidelands2019 #sanfrancisco #music #festival.” Gene Simmons’ wife looks like a man in a video uploaded earlier this week.

ellaahola commented, “I love your jeans Shannon! 😍 But that guy on the left don’t seem to have pants at all!!? 🙈” badgersearthscapes chimed in, “I bet the guy in the red hat and the wife beater is a little deeper in the mud that you guys!😜” johnffox12 commented, “Love you Mrs. Simmons, miss seeing you on my TV wish you would do a project. Maybe dancing with the stars hmmmmm?”

Paul Stanley made a bold Gene Simmons daughter claim yesterday. Stanley also discussed the KISS ‘End of the Road’ tour in a new article, “Everything is really state-of-the-art,” he says. “Our show has lost none of its power. Sometimes things can get too technical, and it begins to seem sterile or machine-like. But we use technology to make KISS that much more powerful and dazzling and bombastic.

“There’s nothing safe about this show — nothing generic.”

He also discussed stage designs, and how many have gotten generic these days. “They’re great to look at, but they’re just eye candy that has nothing to do with the act onstage. Our stage can only be ours. It’s a manifestation of who we are. That’s what sets us apart.”

“It isn’t a night of obscure tunes for a handful of people,” he says. “Nobody in the audience is going to go, ‘What was that song?’ That’s not going to happen. This is a night to celebrate everything that made us who we are.” You can read the full interview at STLToday.
