Jaime Bennington, son of former Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington who passed away in 2017, recently posted a series of Instagram stories revealing that he has a stalker who believes they are possessed by his father. Jaime even went as far as to allege that this person is making violent threats towards him and his wife.

“This person who I restricted but didn’t block because I try not to block people, they interacted with almost every single photo that I put up in my year reflection, the one I made my initial acknowledgment about. They are claiming to be possessed by my father as they interacting with me,” Jaime wrote.

“They are claiming that my father is proud of domestic violence, that he is transphobic, and they are threatening me with death while also insulting my wife, all because I didn’t listen to their Soundcloud, because I teased them. No, people have lives. I ask you to take a step back that means that we are not going to interact the way we initially said we were because you have been violent, I’m going to share these messages with people in case something happens.”

Jaime continued: “Okay, it’s been posted. I wanna talk about a few things that they said but I don’t wanna talk about everything that they said because I truly do believe that if this person is a soundbite, they are trying to intimidate me for the sake of intimidation.”

“So, while most of what they said is baseless, there are a few things that they said that need to be taken seriously, like for example, ‘you will be dead in three months’ is what they said to me. And they followed up with a date, February 27th.”

“They said this date, February 27th ‘is your last chance.’ So, now we must ask the question. This person is threatening death on me. Will I die on the 27th or will I die following the 27th? Shortly after the 27th.”

“Not only did this person threaten my life but they also claimed that the entire Bennington family have been ‘dealt with.’ That includes Chester’s children, some of which are still minors. And Chester’s widow. Despite the fact that in June, July of last year, I disowned all of them publicly, this behaviour is unacceptable. It is extremely serious.”

“In fact, if you’ve been following along, you know two things: I don’t tolerate violent behavior at any rate and during my last talk about Talinda Bennington in my history with her, my controversial history with her, part of the reason that she imposed a Domestic Violence Restraining order on me, she lied under oath is because she is fearful of people like the one we are talking about,” he concluded.
