Mick Jagger Is 43 Years Older Than New Fiance

In a whirlwind of excitement, renowned rocker Sir Mick Jagger and his longtime girlfriend, Melanie Hamrick, are reportedly engaged, according to close friends. Speculation arose when the 36-year-old former ballerina was spotted wearing a ring on her engagement finger, which she amusingly referred to as a “promise ring” from the 79-year-old Rolling Stones frontman.

As reported by Mirror UK, During a recent trip to New York, Melanie, who shares a son named Deveraux with Mick, revealed to her friends at the American Ballet Theatre that she and Mick are indeed engaged. She confidently declared her ring as an engagement ring and proudly announced that she is now his fiancée. Her family also shares in the joy of their engagement and couldn’t be happier for the couple.

When previously questioned about the ring, Melanie playfully responded, “I have to giggle because did Mick give me the ring? Yes. Is it for that finger? Yes. But are we like horny teenagers where we’re giving each other… In my mind, it’s a promise ring. We’ll be immature and call it a promise ring.”

This marks the third engagement for Mick Jagger, the iconic rock legend behind hits like “Satisfaction.” He was previously married to Bianca Perez Mora Macias from 1971 to 1978. After their divorce, Mick proposed to supermodel Jerry Hall, with whom he shared a relationship from 1977 to 1999. Although they had an unofficial marriage ceremony in Bali, Indonesia, in 1990, it was later declared void.

While there are currently no plans for a wedding, the engagement holds significant meaning for Melanie, who expressed her excitement about taking this important step with Mick. Her friends are overjoyed for her and wish the couple all the happiness in the world.

Mick Jagger has had children with actress Marsha Hunt and model Luciana Morad Gimenez in addition to his children with Melanie, Bianca, and Jerry. With a legendary career and a life filled with remarkable experiences, Mick continues to captivate the world, both on and off the stage.
