Motley Crue members are reportedly on strict workout plans and diets ahead of the tour, and while Vince Neil’s workout plan isn’t known yet, a video of Nikki Sixx struggling to run on a treadmill has surfaced. He is heard huffing and puffing, and yells out, “F**k, come on!”
A Motley Crue member revealed his stunning diet to ‘lose weight’ last week. Motley Crue are touring with Def Leppard, Poison, and Joan Jett this summer, and one fan on Reddit said he won’t go to a show because while he loves Motley, he isn’t a big fan of everybody on the bill.
RockguitarPF posted, “I love Motley, but I’m really not into the other bands. I used to like Def Leppard – 32 years ago, now I only like High N’ Dry. I’m not into seeing them if they only play Bringin’ On The Heartbreak [and even that one is kinda overplayed].
I’ve always f**king hated Poison. And although Joan Jett & The Blackhearts is cool, it’s not worth sitting thru 2 shit bands waiting for the 2nd good one to come on.
But more than that, Motley has always had a great SHOW, it was always cool to see what their stage looked like, and honestly, I love explosions and fire at a rock show lol. but now they’re performing on a festival stage, having to share it with other acts. Will Tommy be doing his upside-down solo? Probably not.
They probably won’t even play a full set, this being with 3 other bands, they’ll just stick with the same 13 best-known .. Live Wire, Shout At The Devil, Looks That Kill, Smokin’ In The Boys Room, Home Sweet Home, Wild Side, Girls Girls Girls, Dr. Feelgood, Kickstart My Heart, Without You [ok they might not even play that one], Same Ol’ Situation, Don’t Go Away Mad, Primal Scream. There, I just listed all the songs they’re going to play LOL.
Mostly though, it’s because for all their grandstanding and proclaiming about how they practically invented the hair metal genre of the 80’s and did it better than anyone and considered themselves to be far above all the rest, it’s sad they’re now touring with these kinds of acts. While Nikki was touring CrueFest, I remember seeing an interview on teevee of him saying something like ‘We didn’t want to go out with some 80’s package, that would be the easy thing to do’ this being the reason why they’re touring with bands like Papa Roach and BuckCherry, whom they considered themselves to be better suited with.” A Motley Crue member revealed if he is really sober earlier this week.
