Pearl Jam have reached ‘the end’ of recording for their new 2020 album, reports insider dimitrispearljam on the Ten Club board. Pearl Jam’s major new release with a rock icon was canceled yesterday.
dimitrispearljam posted, “The band has already finish their part of recordings.. The end.” nicknyr15 responded, “AlternativeNation: Pearl Jam finishes recording forthcoming album. But is this the end?” NewJPage said, “So Mike lied to us?” nicknyr15 shot back, “Alternative Nation: Pearl jams Mike Mccready a confirmed liar.”
JimmyV posted, “My take: What started originally as a strong desire for privacy over the years morphed into what is now a strict code of secrecy. I understand wanting to maintain tight control of your business, and I don’t fault the band for wanting to control who knows what and when. But…as a fan it is frustrating at times.”
Liam Gallagher took a brutal shot at Eddie Vedder last week. PJammer4life chimed in, “If they miss deadlines, the fan base is let down. Better to keep info under wraps, finish when it is ready after so long rather than rush it for a tour like U2 did for Pop.
