Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler revealed ‘moves’ he learned from Paul McCartney in a new video, taking off his shirt, flipping off the camera, and dancing with violinists. Paul McCartney’s tour blog recently wrote about a terrible Aerosmith loss.

Tyler wrote on Instagram, “EAT YOUR HEART OUT @paulmccartney I LEARNED THIS TRICK FROM YOU FRIDAY!!! #maccasmith #deucesarewild.”

The Aerosmith headlined Roxodus Music Fest, originally set to take place on July 11-14 at the Edenvale Airport north of Toronto, has been canceled. Nickelback, Kid Rock, and Lynyrd Skynyrd were also set to perform.

Roxodus organizers wrote on social media, “During the past couple of months, our venue at Edenvale Airport has battled tremendous rainy weather that has impacted our ability to produce the festival.

“It is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of the Roxodus Music Festival this year. Our team has worked tirelessly to find a solution in which the show can go on but unfortunately, we could not make it happen this year. Our dream of producing a ‘once in a lifetime experience’ has been put on hold as we take the much-needed time to nurture our venue into a premier landmark in Ontario.

We sincerely thank all of the artists, sponsors, partners, and neighbors who have supported us from the very beginning. The embrace from our community has meant the world to us and we hope to one day see our dream come to life. Information about ticket refunds will be released shortly.”

Joe Perry has also been working with Johnny Deep and Alice Cooper in Hollywood Vampires this year. He told Loudwire, “We knew that there would be that aspect to it, certainly. In his world, he’s at the top. Unquestionably, he’s probably the most famous member of the band — but not for music. A lot of people could say he’s just in the band as a fluke or as this week’s hobby or something, but he’s anything but.

In fact, the first time I saw that he was a guitar player was in the movie Chocolat, I saw him playing the guitar as a river gypsy. I knew it was really him playing and I said, ‘Wow, that guy can really dig in. If I get a chance to meet him, I’d like to talk to him about guitars.’

I was a fan of his movies and his work up until I met him, and we didn’t talk about movies or anything, it was always about guitars and music. We kind of exchanged tales about what we’ve done in our careers, I’ve always been fascinated about movie making, and I got to see him work on a couple of movie sets.

But he’s really a musician. After the first couple of songs, people pretty much forget that he’s Jack Sparrow or Tonto or whatever. He’s Johnny Depp the musician, and that’s the real thing.”
