The Rolling Stones were formed in London in 1962. They have been here for a long time. Members Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, and Ronnie Wood are in their 70’s. Jagger and Richards are 78, while Wood will be 75 on the first day of June.

The members talked about touring in their 70s and how it affects them. Speaking to Sunday Times, Richards said that he has started drinking again.

Richards has given up his cigarette habit two years ago, which he had for 55 years. He said that he may or may not have a stiff drink at times these days, but usually, he doesn’t. “You know, you grow out of everything. I’ve spent all my life giving up on things, so that’s about it now,” he said.

Richards has always been known for being a party animal and even his bandmates couldn’t comprehend the idea of him being sober. He was able to stay off of alcohol and even impressed them with his conviction to change his lifestyle.

Ronnie Wood said that he believes in his quiet way, and he indeed has been done and dusted with alcohol for some time.

Keith had stopped drinking and smoking but admitted that it was a tough regimen to stick to, as he was spending a lot of time at home due to the pandemic.
