The Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood recently announced that Eagle Rock Films will premiere his documentary ‘Somebody Up There Likes Me’ at the London Film Festival on October 12th. Robert Plant recently revealed if The Rolling Stones are ‘finished.’

The press release states he rejected joining Led Zeppelin, “After turning down the chance to be Led Zeppelin’s bassist, partly because Grant had become too much to deal with, Wood and Stewart formed the Faces when they learned Steve Marriott had left the Small Faces. Figgis’ film brilliantly captures their all-too-brief heyday and fondness for each other – even if they still can’t agree on how the Faces ended.”

Wood also said, “Who would have thought that a lad from Hillingdon would be able to combine all his hobbies and convert them into such diverse careers? It’s such an incredible feeling to look back on my life and discuss key moments along the way that I remember vividly as if they were yesterday. I am flattered that so many talented people took the time to say such nice things about me!”

Keith Richards’ daughter is ‘in love’ with an old rock icon. Ronnie Wood is set to play live at Shepherds Bush Empire on November 21st. The Rolling Stones fans on IORR.org have revealed that they have yet to receive their tickets. AshTrayGirl posted, “Not yet. We have to be patient with the UK vendors. As far as I know, we should expect them 2 weeks before the event.”

grzegorz67 said, “You do indeed. I saw 2 concerts in Poland last year – the Stones in Wawa and Paul McCartney in Krakow. I’m fairly sure it was eventim.pl both times. IIRC bought both in presales and my ticket was sent to the UK promptly both times, months before the event thumbs up.

Stones in Hyde Park 2013 Show 1 was the biggest ticket screw up ever. I only live 80 miles from London and collected mine at 930pm the night before the show and ended up waiting all night outside the park along with several others. It was a laugh though.”

AshTrayGirl said, “Wow, I didn’t have a problem with Hyde Park 2013… however, tix from ticketmaster UK is an experience from hell! AXS just sent me my mobile ticket for Ghost. I always suffer from severe panic attacks when I have to wait for tickets for gigs in the UK. Why do they have everything so complicated and why do they send tickets literally last minute. Eventim is amazing, I have never had any problems, the same with other foreign ticketmaster service. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that everything will be sent on time.” Jimmy Page recently made a ‘horrifying’ Led Zeppelin show revelation.
