Tool’s Maynard James Keenan recently posted a comedy video clip of David Cross. He went on to joke that he was asked nicely by Cross to post the video clip and he was also paid. Cross revealed he has paid Keenan in Bitcoin.

Sharing the video clip on Twitter, Keenan wrote the following: “Since he asked nicely, check out the newest comedy special from my dear dear dear dear dear dear paying me to post this friend

#ImFromTheFuture. It premieres this Saturday exclusively on his website at OfficialDavidCross.com

Maynard James Keenan was paid in bitcoin?

Cross took note of the Tweet and went on to give an amusing reply, directing Keenan to check under his pillow for the bitcoin.
He wrote: “Check under your pillow for your bitcoin tonight!”

Tool guitarist Adam Jones is quite active on Instagram. He had previously posted a video clip of how his hotel room had a couple of bathtubs. He had also revealed a video clip that featured police cars.

It was noted that Tool fans were not delighted to listen to the band’s live mix in concert at the Ball Arena in Denver, CO on January 27, but it wasn’t their fault. It turns out poor sound quality annoyed the fans in attendance.

The band previously debuted a new song live on tourTool also recently returned to Las Vegas for the first time in almost a couple of years on a Saturday night. The veteran metal band has now staged two of its past 30 performances at T-Mobile Arena, the only venue that’s hosted Tool twice since the group released its fifth album, Fear Inoculum, in 2019. The band also recently went to San Diego, south of their home in Los Angeles, for their concert at Viejas Arena.

The Vegas show has been billed as another date on the Fear Inoculum Tour, but the latest concert was in no way a rendition of the previous one, with many different songs played, and obviously different banter from Maynard James Keenan. The setlist was heavier on Fear Inoculum material, with all but one song off the latest album performed, and the visuals were mostly new.
