Pink Floyd great Roger Waters recently spoke to the Global Consortium for Sustainable Peace in a new YouTube interview to discuss a bunch of topics. Roger Waters reveals why he ‘abandoned’ David Gilmour.

Interviewer: “Roger I really love your music but I hate your ****ing politics.” I love it when you respond to that which is not my response. What do you say to the people that say that?

Roger Waters: Well, I made a demo of a new piece and I haven’t made the new piece of this radio play. In it there is apart at the end of it where I say: “If you’re one of those people, you might be well advised to **** off to the bar right now. It’s so gone, it’s so dumb but a lot of people are very dumb.

In other Roger Waters news, fans recently took to social media to revisit Pink Floyd’s ‘Animals’ album. One fan proclaimed: “One of my favorite Pink Floyd records. A dark commentary on the effect of selling one’s soul to a corporation. Insightful & chilling at the same time, a record to be played all the way through at once (the tracks are lengthy). A fitting sequel of sorts to “Welcome to the Machine,” I highly recommend this.” Roger Waters leaks Pink Floyd Coachella reunion.

The fan continued: “I got to see this performed live when it was new back in the Day, and I’ll never forget the experience. CD is packaged in a cardboard sleeve that is exactly like the vinyl album cover, nice booklet with additional photos & lyrics. A “must-have” for collectors of Floyd, Classic Rock, Concept Albums, or just great music. 2011 Master done at das Boot sounds amazing.” Roger Waters ‘angers’ David Gilmour in backstage photo.
