Alice In Chains singer/guitarist Jerry Cantrell announced yesterday that inclement weather had forced the cancelation of the band’s show with Korn in New Jersey. Dave Grohl and Alice In Chains showing up for a major concert was revealed earlier this week.

“The set that would have been. Our apologies to all our fans that have been waiting to see if the show in Holmdel NJ was going to happen. It’s just too unsafe with the lightning it turns out. We’ll have to catch you all down the road. Be safe traveling home. Totally blows I know, we were really looking forward to rocking with you tonight JC ⛈.”

A Guns N’ Roses member recently made a heartbreaking Layne Staley claim. Cantrell recently wrote about going fishing on tour, “What a day , Mike, Danny Ines and I went fishing. We mostly caught Bonito but we also hooked a few bull sharks as they ate our fish bringing them into the boat. Lost 3 fish that way and also straight up hooked a couple bulls but couldn’t bring them up because they were just too big. All three of us working together had no chance.

Also a few pics from our rock show last night . This tour is a hell of a lot of fun. ho99o9 , Underoath , ourselves and Korn are bringing the thunder. If you have a chance to catch this bill We would love to have you. Virginia Beach tomorrow 🤘🏻”
