The quote is in reference to an old interview in which Lennon praises his best friend and then-wife, Yoko Ono. The account said “I’ve had the boyhood thing of being Elvis. Now I want to be with my best friend and my best friend is my wife. Who could ask for anything more?” John Lennon slept with the surprising The Beatles bandmate.
