Keith Richards discussed the departure of The Rolling Stones bandmate Bill Wyman in a never before published online 90’s interview. Richards appeared to be in denial and stunned about Wyman leaving the band. Mick Jagger was ripped by a big name earlier this week after his bizarre bedroom demands were revealed.

He told Guitar, “Bill, I’ve got to see eyeball to eyeball to get this thing sorted out once and for all. I don’t want to say too much. My basic attitude is the Stones are getting together and I expect him to be there, I don’t want to see this line-up change now.

My basic attitude is the Stones are getting together and I expect him to be there, but at the same time I know I can’t leave it that long. I don’t wanna hear any more rumours and bullshit. It won’t stop the Stones going on. I don’t know what we’d do. Maybe he’s happy running his restaurants… I don’t know.”

Keith Richards describing Mick Jagger giving him ‘headaches’ was revealed last week in a big name film interview. Richards added, “Bill’s a very noncommital guy, which is why I can’t talk to him on the phone. Charlie says maybe we could threaten to replace him with a chick – maybe that will do the trick! It’s a drag when your family squabbles are in the papers and everything you do is a potential headline. My view of life is totally distorted.”
