Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page has shared video of the band on a boat just before it began to sink, before they were rescued. Jimmy Page recently made a ‘horrifying’ Led Zeppelin revelation.

Page wrote on social media, “On this day in 1976, the members of Led Zeppelin and manager Peter Grant flew from Japan to Hong Kong to meet businessman and newspaper owner Andrew Yu, who was hoping to promote a concert there.⁣

During the day time, we went out in a launch to view the recently scuppered ocean liner Queen Elizabeth. These are some photographs and a video that I took at the time.⁣

On the return journey, the launch started to take in water and it was rising in the boat. We barely made it back to the quayside. In the evening I went out in a sampan into the harbour without the members of the group to savour some local floating cuisine.”

Robert Plant recently revealed if Mick Jagger is ‘done.’ Jimmy Page also recently wrote about a Led Zeppelin visit to India in 1971, “On this day in 1971, I visited Bombay Santa Cruz, India.

After a Japanese tour loaded with cameras, all band members of Led Zeppelin visited Bombay. As tourists, we visited the edge of the city, the beach, the inner city and monumental buildings, snake charmers and Sardus.” A Nirvana icon revealed yesterday that he ‘wasn’t a fan’ of Led Zeppelin.
