The new Slipknot member’s identity is indeed Michael Pfaff, according to his mother on Instagram, who confirmed the news to a fan. Pfaff’s parents also followed the ‘Tortilla Man’ and ‘Tortilla Guy’ hashtags on Instagram. Chris Fehn’s wife unloaded on Corey Taylor and M. Shawn Crahan ‘lies’ yesterday.

skullcollektor posted on Reddit, “He is for sure! I sent his mom a message on IG and she said ‘Thank you.'”

burningpoop1 wrote, “The fact his parents who are probably in their 60s are following the hashtags: #tortillaguy #slipknotnewguy #slipknotnewmember #tortillaman on Instagram along with other Slipknot hashtags is enough evidence for me. The chances that these old people listen to Slipknot and care so much about the new member is too much of a coincidence. Good work!”

ScarredMusic said, “I recently posted a video showing more proof that it’s clearly him, as he stage dives into Clown’s drums at the end of the song. I’ll attach the link, but that’s not the point. The point is, u/MikeyRoos caught on to something even I didn’t catch in the comments. TWO MONTHS ago, a user on YouTube named Zombie SpongeBob posted ‘Welcome to Slipknot.’ The video in question is from 2008, yet 2 months ago, when Tortilla Man makes his debut, someone in the know just so happened to comment on that video? It’s 100% Pfaff.”

The new Slipknot member collapsed at a show last week. Corey Taylor told Eddie Trunk on SiriusXM last week new details about his new solo album, expected to be released in 2021.

“The thing that I’ve always loved is when I go out and do those solo cover shows, basically, is that people are always surprised by the songs that I pull out of my ass to play,” he continued. “And that’s kind of what this album will be — basically, me writing all of the styles that maybe I haven’t gotten to do with Slipknot and Stone Sour and just going for it, just rolling the dice and being, like, ‘You know what? I’m gonna put my money where my mouth is and just what fucking happens.” The new Slipknot member broke his silence in a video interview.
