Paul McCartney bandmate and The Beatles icon Ringo Starr revealed how The Eagles’ Joe Walsh wasted $4,000 of his money on tour. A video of Paul McCartney revealing what he did with lesbians recently resurfaced.

A pioneer in hotel room destruction, the guitarist truly outdid himself the night he glued the furniture to the ceiling of his suite at the Ritz Carlton. “He carried a hot glue gun and glued the table to the ceiling,” recalls Chonis with a laugh. “And the lamp — plugged in, turned on — and the ashtray with a lit cigarette in it. Then he took a bunch of Polaroids. The tour manager showed me.” The stunt came with a $4,000 price tag. “Joe came in for a sound check, and I just said, ‘Hey Joe! Have a nice time last night?’ He says, ‘It was worth every penny!’”

Paul McCartney told The Times that his grandson was recently robbed with a knife. He said his grandson felt like a “coward” after it happened – and said he regretted not “thumping the guy” when they discussed the sad incident. McCartney told The Times, “I said: ‘No, no, no, no!'”

“‘The guy had a knife and you don’t know, the guy might be able to use that knife.’ So it is scary these days.” He added, “When I was a kid it was four guys and they nicked my watch. I was of a similar age.

“I just happened to be on my own, bigger kids came along and it was the same feeling.” Sir Paul said he remembered thinking at the time “I have got to learn karate and be a black belt – and then I’ll get ’em! It was the worst thing.” A Paul McCartney ‘couldn’t breath’ when seeing him at a restaurant earlier this week.
