Paul McCartney Drops Johnny Depp Bombshell In Video

Johnny Depp’s divorce from Amber Heard drew media attention as the actress alleged that Depp was abusive to her throughout their relationship.

Paul McCartney showed his support for Johnny Depp in his recent show. McCartney performed “My Valentine” with a video featuring Johnny Depp playing on the big screen behind him.

Johnny Depp and Paul McCartney have a strong friendship. They are close friends, and Depp has appeared in some of McCartney’s music videos. His first appearance was on “My Valentine,” from McCartney’s fifteenth studio album, “Kisses on the Bottom.” The black and white music video has Depp speaking in sign language to the track’s lyrics.

McCartney also played a role in Depp’s movie “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales”. Depp cast his friend for the role of Jack Sparrow’s uncle, Ted.

In the scene, McCartney sings a song while waiting in jail to be executed. McCartney said that Depp has done a lot of favors for him in the past, so his acting in the movie is a way of repaying him.

Depp claimed in 2018 that Heard abused him before he tried to sue the publishers of The Sun for defamation. Heard would then write an op-ed for the Washington Post saying that she was a public victim of domestic violence. Depp alleged during the Depp v. Heard trial that this article started the downfall of his career and the victim of cancel culture.
