Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder celebrated his 55th birthday a few days ago, and Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello indicated that Vedder has no plans to retire. He wrote on social media, “Happy birthday, Mr. Eddie Vedder! Long may you rock my friend. @cubs.” Eddie Vedder leaked the new Pearl Jam album last week.

Eddie Vedder announced his California festival will return for its 5th year in 2020, “SAVE THE DATE: Ohana Festival returns to Doheny State Beach September 25 – 27, 2020 for its 5th Anniversary! Comment below if you’ll be joining us at the beach.🏖 More announcements on the way soon! #ohanafest.”

CROJAM95 posted, “I stayed at the Dana Point Marina Inn this past year, kinda pricey $225ish if I remember correctly….wouldn’t have minded, but it was kinda shitty…..the bathroom paint all fucked up, chips of plaster on the floor……it was a close walk, and it was a great time regardless.”

Tinaninea responded, “Good to know, I thought about booking it this year. I stayed at the Riviera Beach Resort last year & held a room there for this coming year. It’s a timeshare property so they offer a tour as soon as you walk in, but I told them I wasn’t interested & they weren’t pushy about it. It was nice, good view & 15-20 minutes walk to the festival.”

F In The Brain chimed in, “I stayed in a condo a short walk from there last week…and ran by there on the beach each day. Was cool to imagine EV chilling up there, singing. Given the convenience, I need to check it out one of these times. (I can utilize that same condo for free.)” Jack White revealed a stunning Eddie Vedder haircut photo a few days ago.
