On a recent episode of The New Roth Show, Van Halen frontman David Lee Roth discussed how he has ‘no problem’ watching rock stars and celebrities ‘destroy themselves’ and claimed it was like them having a nervous breakdown in slow motion over a period of thirty years. Roth would then go on to reference, for the second time during his show, The Rolling Stones co-founder Keith Richards after savagely mocking Richards earlier during this edition of The New Roth Show. Roth: I’ve had no problem watching a lot of rock stars and celebrities destroy themselves. Like having a nervous breakdown in slow motion over a period of thirty years. They enjoy doing it for me and their prices go up and they make about five to seven million per stadium.

Roth: Maybe Keith isn’t falling apart after all, which is, even more, the achievement because he duped me.
