Vedder drew a packed crowd, with lines reportedly longer than former President Barack Obama’s. Celebrities like Vedder receive massive paydays for shows like this, with many like Vedder doing them for charitable causes.
A fan described the line with photos, writing, “This is like 1/4 of the line waiting to get into the Eddie Vedder Dreamforce talk in 35 mins lmao.” They added, “Person in the middle third of this forsaken line has been waiting since 2 pm lmao.
Howard Stern made a bold Eddie Vedder claim earlier this month. Travis Hay tweeted an image claiming that Vedder is paid between $500,000 and $1 million for gigs like this, “Would you like Eddie Vedder to perform at your private corporate event, like he is currently doing at Salesforce in Bellevue?
