John Lennon Lost Massive Money Before Death

John Lennon‘s official Twitter account recently tweeted out the following quote. The quote comes from this version of the interview appeared in January 1981. John Lennon’s painful ‘wounds’ were finally revealed. This particular interview hit the newsstands the first week of December, a few days before John died. The last time the journalist who conducted this interview, David Sheff spoke to John and Yoko was on December 7. This John Lennon ‘Violent’ threat before his death was recently revealed.  The quote is a reference to how Lennon used to be one thing in life – money, and how he always lost it. John Lennon called this member of The Beatles a ‘Loser’.

‘What I used to be is guilty about money. That’s why I lost it, either by giving it away or by allowing myself to be screwed by so-called managers.’

In other news regarding The Beatles, according to CBS New York, McCartney has revealed that his favorite song by the Beatles is “Here, There, and Everywhere.” The Beatles Bible reports that the song was written by McCartney and Lennon, and many people may not know that it started all by accident. McCartney was sitting out by the pool waiting for Lennon to wake up one morning when he was casually playing his guitar. Before he knew it, a new song had begun, and soon Lennon was awake, and the two of them finished it up.

McCartney also said that “Yesterday” is the runner-up for his favorite, and it would have been his first choice if not for its extreme popularity. He told Howard Stern that the song first came to him in a dream.
