A Tool fan recently unloaded on the band’s official website ToolBand.com on Reddit, upset after a cancelation request has not been met.
Shittissippi posted, “I tried to cancel an order months ago to which they never replied to my email requests. Received item. Want to return it. They still won’t answer my email requests. What the f*** am I supposed to do?”
TaylorfreakinStout commented, “I have submitted a request into Reddit asking to allow me to upvote this one million times. The request is currently being processed.”

After the absolute nonsense I have gone through to simply get a copy of the album coupled with some bullshit a few years ago when I tried to join Tool Army I will never purchase a damn thing from that worthless ass site.
